About Gail's Embroidery Spot
Offering quality machine embroidery designs at reasonable prices quickly and efficiently and
making embroidery fun is my goal.   The designs you will find on this site are digitized and tested to
meet certain criteria that I hope you will enjoy.

With monogramming and embroidery becoming increasingly popular I desired to see designs
created for home embroidery users as well as businesses where certain designs were hard to
find, and have now turned my attentions to help filling this need.

Thanks to Crystal and Kathy for the time involved in all of the testing continuously taking wonderful
photos of their projects using my designs, being wonderfully encouraging and supportive, and
giving fresh ideas and methods. Also thanks to Brenda for her help, hints and formatting to ART for
me. You can purchase from Crystal on the web at Crystal's Creations and at Etsy.

After the ordering process is complete through paypal the customer should immediately (within a
minute or two) receive an email from me which is automatically generated and sent to customer's
email address used when ordering through paypal.  The email will contain the link to go to for
downloading designs ordered after logging in and inserting the username and password provided
in the email.  (The username is the email you used when ordering through paypal)(The password
is your transaction number) but these are included in the email sent to you.  
(This ordering process was available before November, 2009, and has now been upgraded to
provide hopefully better service without my help in order for customers to receive their designs right
away, however, let me know if you have problems).  

Designs you download onto your computer will be in zipped files which will need to be unzipped
(extracted).    Files contain a threadchart as well as the following formats:      
ART,DST,EMD,EXP,JEF,HUS,PEC,PES,SEW,VIP,VP3 and XXX.  
However if you need additional formats, please email me.  An exception to this is your need to
choose specific formats for the Curlz Alphabets and Tiger Alphabet designs.  If you need additional
formats, please do not order the same design more than once, just let me know.
Threadcharts are not available in the alphabet files because of the size of threadcharts which
would require longer download times and are not necessary to most customers, so I've included
them on the website if you need to print them.  Those threadcharts will be in free downloadable
files in the next few days.

And, of course, you may sell or make as gifts any items you embroider in any amounts you wish but
you are not allowed to sell or share any of my designs, photos or files.
